Lahore Shooting Case: CMG March 18, 1886

An account of a shooting case. A British soldier (Higgins) pulls out a pistol when a sugar cane seller asks for payment. A sepoy attempts to subdue him, but is shot. This transcripton of the trial includes three Indian witnesses, the sugar-cane seller, a man identified as "Dhoondu," and a man identified as Abdul Rahman.
